A pair of carved Italian alabaster bookends in stepped book-spine form, the stone displaying attractive grey veining and a smooth polished finish. Retaining the original Tirrenia workshop label for JIM, known for quality stonework in alabaster, marble, and onyx. Solid and weighty, ideal for display or functional use. Very good condition with no chips or cracks.
